Pabellón Textil
It occupies the place of the former Palace of Textile Art of the Barcelona Universal Exposition of 1929. This space with industrial aesthetics has 3,000m2 and a maximum height of 15m. It was built in the 1980s and its name commemorates the mayor of Barcelona who promoted the Universal Exposition of Barcelona in 1888 and all the urban reorganization that this entailed. In the heart of the city, its exclusive access is right in front of the Hotel Crowne Plaza*****. It is located next to the historic building of the Barcelona Fire Department, a neoclassical school and the former Press Center of the Universal Exhibition of 1929, a modernist building by the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. It is a very open space with an outdoor area.
