Corner Plaza Europa
Surface area of 14,000m2 with a maximum height of 11m next to the Plaza Europa fountains and in front of the skyscrapers of the award-winning Japanese architect, Toyo Ito, Pritzker Prize 2013. The design of the building uses organic forms and is highly committed to the environment. Various natural energy sources have been used with the aim of maximizing sustainability and reducing environmental impact. As the maximum exponent of this trend, the site has one of the largest photovoltaic plants at the state level (165,000m2), which avoids an annual emission of 2,047 tons of CO2 and generates enough energy for 980 homes for 4 people. The enclosure has 5,000 private parking spaces and 5,000 hotel spaces around it, as well as two heliport runways and direct access to the L9 metro.
